Add the items you would like to purchase to your cart by clicking the “add to cart” button on the desired product page. When you are ready to checkout proceed to the checkout page where you will enter your billing details. If your shipping address is different from your billing address you will be prompted to supply this.

If the order has yet to ship we will do our best to honor any changes or cancellations. Please email info@tsukihoshi.com with any questions pertaining to your order. 

Sales tax is only collected from orders shipped to New Jersey.

For all orders your credit card will charged at the time of purchase. Depending on your issuing company it may take 4-5 business days for the charge to appear on your account. 

All orders are eligible for free shipping via our ground transportation network within the continental United States. UPS Two Business Day is available at an additional fee at checkout.

Standard Delivery $20 will apply for orders to ALASKA, HAWAII, PUERTO RICO, or GUAM.

Generally orders are processed and shipped within two business days. If a product is out of stock, we will notify when you the product is re-stocked and ready for shipment. 

Unfortunately at this time we do not. We offer shipping soley in the United States. 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, send it back. We are happy to accept returns within 30 days for a refund. We do not have the ability to process exchanges, but are happy to help provide free shipping if you are needing to change your size by placing a new order. You can create a return by clicking HERE. Be sure to have your order number and email address used on the order ready.

Unfortunately, we are unable to change the shipping address once the order has been submitted. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your purchase.

Tsukihoshi Rewards is a Loyalty Program for customers of tsukihoshi.com. There is no cost to join. You can get rewarded with savings and enjoy exclusive perks just for shopping and engaging with us.

Tsukihoshi Rewards points can only be earned and redeemed at tsukihoshi.com store. Program points are not valid at retail stores or other websites that carry Tsukihoshi shoes.

Use your points when you make a purchase on tsukihoshi.com store.
Click on "Redeem Points" button on launcher when you logged in. Select the rewards you wish to redeem and click on Apply Code to use the code on your next order.

Points expire 12 months from the last qualifying purchase or the most recent points earning activities.

You must enter your birthday when you sign up the program.
Please go to "Earning Points" > "Celebrate a birthday" to set your birthday.

Points cannot be transferred nor redeemed for cash credit.

No, you cannot apply your points to already placed orders.

When you return products, the points you earned from that purchase will be deducted from your point balance.

You can view your points balance at any time by logging in through the Reward pop-up in the lower left corner of your browser when at tsukihoshi.com.

You can send your friend a referral invitation to your friend's email address. When your friend make a purchase using the coupon code that we offered, you will be notified by an email with a coupon code as a reward for a successful reference.

It's not required. However, they will get additional advantages like receiving welcome points and birthday points and many more perks jusy by siging up. Tsukihoshi Rewards is free to join!

You need to be a verified buyer in order to earn points for your reviews.

You can update your information after logging into your account page. Please update it in "Account Information" section in My Account.
